Higher-level education institutions can fall short of producing workplace-ready candidates. This discourages employers from onboarding fresh graduates unless they offer capacity-building opportunities. As a result, UNICEF, The Ministry of Youth and Rwanda Development Board partnered to launch Ingazi (Passport to Earning Rwanda) as a solution.
